So many people tell me the best way to de-stress is to have a bath and relax but I’m one of those people that just can’t take baths, I never settle long enough to relax and I much prefer to take a shower. So I often go to bed a little stressed, especially because I go through my day in my mind mentally ticking off what I managed to achieve and making a note of what I didn’t, this can often result in me lying awake long after my bedtime. When my mind is working overtime I find it difficult to switch my brain off and drift off to sleep. I have no trouble staying asleep once I get there but its the actual falling asleep that seems to elude me sometimes.

The scent of these are not overpowering or overly floral but are really beautiful and calming.

I have been testing a beautiful Rose Quartz Oil from Skin Chemists and it has become a staple in my skincare routine as it is packed full of skin loving ingredients which are helping restore my natural healthy glow and leaves my skin feeling velvety soft.

The main active ingredients in the formulation are:

1) Rose Otto Oil helps to restore moisture balance in the skin. Its anti-bacterial and anti-oxidant properties aim to repair and protect the skin, whilst firming and toning.

I like that it helps my makeup apply smoothly too. I think because of its light non-greasy consistency you can use this morning or night, or both!

It comes beautifully packaged in a bright pink box and inside is a simple glass bottle with a pipet dispenser. It feels luxurious and the fact the product has a pretty pink hue is nice too, feels very pretty.

This serum comes beautifully packaged with a pipet so you can dispense just the right amount of product. I have found that 2 – 3 drops are more than enough for your face and neck.

This is an eye cream for all skin types and the TCR3 anti ageing complex in this cream helps promote blood circulation and reduce fine lines and those pesky dark circles. It has a lovely rich texture but it isn’t too heavy or greasy. It also contains EYESERIL which help de-puff tired looking eyes. This is a great cream for helping hydrate, de-puff and revives your delicate eye area.
