Teoxane Skincare Review

teoxane luxurious skincare

Teoxane are pioneers in aesthetic innovation and skincare excellence. They’re a Swiss-based brand who has earned its reputation as a market leader in both aesthetic Hyaluronic Acid dermal fillers and dermocosmetic skincare. Renowned for high-quality formulations, Teoxane’s products are the result of decades of dedicated research and innovation.

Founded in 2003 by Valérie Taupin, the Teoxane laboratories in Switzerland have continually advanced the fields of aesthetics and skincare. Their commitment to scientific excellence and groundbreaking technologies has solidified their position as a trusted name in the beauty sphere. Whether through their dermal fillers or advanced skincare solutions, Teoxane has combined quality, science, and research to deliver actual results.

I have been trying out 3 products from their skincare collection and in short, I’m beyond impressed with all of them. Even the packaging is sleek and functional, with its white minimal look it gives a very scientific / apothecary vibe. Both the serum and eye cream are in airless packaging, a clever design that ensures optimal preservation of the formula. This innovative feature keeps the product potent and effective for longer, so you can enjoy its full benefits with every use.

Teoxane R(II) Eyes*

The first thing I noticed about this product was its soothing metallic applicator, It delivers an instantly cooling sensation that feels so refreshing and helps to de-puff the delicate under eye area. This feature is such a refreshing way to wake up tired eyes in the morning, making them look more awake and refreshed, even before applying the cream itself.

Say goodbye to tired eyes with Teoxane R[II] Eyes, developed with TEOXANE’s patented RHA (Resilient Hyaluronic Acid) injectable technology, this revolutionary skincare solution targets the delicate eye area, the first to show signs of ageing and fatigue. This product promises,

  • Powerful Anti-Aging Benefits: Smooth fine lines and wrinkles while reducing dark circles and puffiness for a refreshed, youthful look.
  • Cutting-Edge Ingredients: This advanced formula combines TEOXANE’s anti ageing complex (RHA Technology, Dermo-Restructuring Complex, and NovHyal) with targeted active ingredients to deliver expert anti-fatigue and anti-ageing solutions specifically for the eye contour area.
  • Gentle and Effective: Fragrance free and formulated to suit sensitive skin around the eyes, it’s as soothing as it is effective.

Teoxane R[II] EYES has truly transformed my eye care routine. This groundbreaking formula leaves my eyes looking smoother and brighter, with noticeably fewer fine lines. I have to say, I love this eye cream even more than the serum (just a little more). From the soothing, cooling applicator to the lightweight, silky consistency, it’s become my absolute favourite skincare product. I’ve been using it both morning and night for about 6 weeks and I have seen great results, the dark spots around my eyes have faded, my dark circles are far less noticeable, and my concealer has never applied so flawlessly.

This product is a 10/10 for me, I genuinely look forward to using it every day and couldn’t be happier with the results, so far.

Teoxane RHA Serum*

Revitalise your skin the Teoxane RHA Serum designed to target dehydration, dullness, and signs of ageing.

  • Unparalleled Hydration Technology: Featuring the highest concentration of TEOXANE’s patented RHA (Resilient Hyaluronic Acid) technology, this serum delivers deep, long-lasting hydration for visibly rejuvenated skin.
  • Powerful Antioxidant Blend: Packed with remarkable antioxidants and advanced anti ageing ingredients, it works to smooth, tone, and brighten your complexion while improving overall skin properties.
  • Proven Results in Just 14 Days: Experience smoother, more toned skin with a brighter, deeply hydrated appearance in as little as two weeks.

A Game-Changer for Your Skin! This serum is an absolute showstopper. With its gel like consistency, it initially feels slightly tacky upon application, but within moments, it transforms, leaving your skin silky smooth and instantly hydrated. After using this serum consistently for 6–7 weeks, I’ve noticed incredible improvements in my skin, it feels noticeably plumper, softer, and brighter. Even the texture of my skin has improved and is visible smoother.

The fresh, radiant appearance of my skin has even made me reach for makeup less often, my complexion looks naturally vibrant and refreshed. This serum truly delivers on its promises, making it a must-have addition to any skincare routine, and one of my favourite products in mine. I LOVE this serum and don’t think my routine can be without it now.

On my hand is the balm (white rich cream) the serum (clear gel) and the eye cream (beige cream)

Teoxane Deep Repair Balm*

This is a great product for hydrating and soothing damaged, sensitive, or irritated skin, this moisturising balm is designed to provide intensive care for your skin’s recovery and comfort.

  • Advanced Hydration: Formulated with resilient hyaluronic acid, it delivers deep, long-lasting hydration to replenish and restore.
  • Calm and Soothe: Enriched with arnica (floral extract), it reduces redness and calms irritation caused by environmental factors or other stressors.
  • Support Skin Recovery: Perfect for dry, sensitive, or damaged skin, this balm helps repair the skin’s natural barrier while promoting a balanced, even complexion.

This luxurious cream feels instantly calming on the skin. Its rich texture and high quality ingredients make it a great part of my evening skincare routine. What I love most is how it delivers intense hydration (with its resilient hyaluronic acid), making my skin feel plumped, soothed and protected, perfect for the colder Winter months when my skin is at its driest and most sensitive.

If you’re looking for a deeply nourishing, sensitive skin friendly moisturiser to protect and soothe your skin during harsh weather, this one is a must-try, it’s the perfect companion for nurturing sensitive skin back to its best, leaving it hydrated, calm, and radiant.

Out of the 3 products I have tried from Teoxane this is my least favourite not because it doesn’t deliver results but more because I think a good moisturiser is quite easy to find. The eye cream and serum are up there with some of the best skincare I have tried and would highly recommend them. Teoxane have an extensive range of skincare from SPF to cleansers and serums to plumping lip balms, they have it all. I am excited to try more from them and of course repurchase the eye cream and serum.

Let me know if you have heard of or tried anything from this Swiss brand. Let me know your recommendations. You can purchase and browse the range on Teoxane.co.uk  or on Amazon

Tropic Skincare – My Skin Saviours

Clear skin tropic skincare

Tamanu Healing Balm from Tropic Skincare

Let me introduce to you two best-selling blemish busting (and more) skincare saviours from Vegan beauty brand Tropic Skincare. I have been so excited to talk more about these products as I have been using them for a couple of months now and have really grown to rely on them in my beauty routine, in particular, the Tamanu Healing Balm which is simply one product that will very quickly become a ‘does all’ product in your daily life. It really has an endless list of uses!

First off, lets talk about the Clear Skin Blemish Fighting Mask – the lovely team at Tropic sent this out to me because for the first time in my adult life I was suffering from some really large, sore, stubborn blemishes and I wanted to get rid of them before my birthday (very important to have clear skin on your birthday, especially when you’re turning 40). I was really at a loss at how best to reduce them, and the lovely people at Tropic suggested this face mask & I haven’t looked back!

Clear Skin Blemish Mask Tropic Skincare

Tropic Skincare Clear Skin Blemish Fighting Face Mask

This bold green blemish busting mask is white & green clay based so it is great at drawing out all the build-up of grease, bacteria and pollution from your pores whilst working with bamboo charcoal to reduce oil and balance out your skin. I slather it all over my face at least twice a week – but when I have a blemish I quite often just apply this to that area, more of a targeted treatment, and that really works well to reduce redness and also calm the inflamed spot. It contains so many lovely ingredients that will help you not only reduce blemishes & mattify skin but also keep the build-up of blemish-causing bacteria at bay, so you’re less likely to suffer from breakouts.

● Willow bark extracts, rich in beta hydroxy salicylic acids, travel deep into your pores to unclog built up sebum.

● Cayenne pepper and ginger extracts kill blemish-causing bacteria at the source.

● Green and white clays work to dry out spots and stop them from increasing in size.

● Charcoal and spirulina work to draw out toxins and tighten pores.

● Raspberry leaf and goji berry extracts reduce redness and calm skin.

Another pretty cool thing about this mask, besides the fact that it is gentle, doesn’t dry out your skin or leave it feeling uncomfortably tight is that it dries dark green in more oily areas with larger pores, and it dries a lighter green in more balanced areas so you can quickly see where your skin needs a little help. For me, my oily areas are my cheeks & chin.

I saw a huge difference in my skin, and I know I have this mask to thank for that. My breakouts are less frequent, and I always use this Clear Skin mask as soon as a blemish starts appearing. That way I know it has more chance of not becoming inflamed, and It clears all the bacteria and excess sebum build-up ASAP. It is a great mask to have in your beauty routine, especially if you suffer from oily skin that likes to break out.

Clear Skin Products from Tropic Skincare

Tropic Skincare Tamanu Healing Balm

Now on to what I think is the star of the show – this is one of those beauty/skincare products you stumble upon very rarely that completely blows you away. It looks quite ordinary, apart from being green and all in one beauty balms often get overlooked because people don’t quite know how they fit into their routine, but this new release from Tropic is EPIC. I have been singing its praises to family and friends since it landed on my doorstep almost 2 months ago.

Green Gold Tropic Tamanu Healing Balm

So this skin-loving green balm is made with tamanu oil (also known as ‘green gold’), which is an age-old remedy trusted for centuries in the Polynesian islands to stimulate skin renewal, Tropic have blended it hydrating, soothing monoi and cocoa butters so it is hydrating and calming and if that wasn’t enough it also contains antioxidant-rich blackcurrant extract and raspberry seed oil.

So this balm has so many skin loving, healing and protecting ingredients. It really is the best multipurpose product I have ever used. My favourite way to use it is as an eye cream because it is simply one of the most hydrating products I’ve used. I also dab it on the odd blemish to help calm and sooth the inflames skin.

I even took it on my recent trip to Amsterdam, in my hand luggage so I could use it on the plane. It does come in a handy 20ml travel size, but I took my 60ml tub and I used it as my lip balm, eye cream, on my cuticles as well as on a few blemishes and a couple of pesky blemish scars. So I really put it to good use! I just love how hydrating, nourishing and gentle it is and I think it is incredible that it can be used in so many ways. It now comes everywhere with me!

Skincare Favourites

Skincare Edit

I adore skincare, I love discovering new products, and I’m trying to find a routine that works for me. I’ve been stressed for a good 18 months now, and it’s taken its toll on my skin, so I’ve been trying to use products that look after my skin and that give it nourishment and help it to combat this stress. The products I’m talking about today are just a cross-section of what I have been enjoying lately and what I use on a regular basis.

Sanctuary Spa Intensive Heel Balm – I’m someone who gets really dry heels and I like to have soft sandal ready feet. Not that we get much opportunity to wear summer footwear in the UK, but we all want to have nice feet, right! This heel balm is lovely, if you spend a little time to massage it in at night you will wake up with soft smooth feet. It isn’t greasy and is extremely hydrating. I like it a lot more than the Soap & Glory Heel Genius, as I find that too greasy.

Caudalie Lip Conditioner – This is so nice to put on when travelling as it’s very moisturising. I used it on a long haul flight and my lips didn’t dry out at all. It doesn’t have SPF, so I wouldn’t recommend using it during the day, but as a pampering lip conditioner it’s fantastic.

balance Me Pure Skin Face Wash* – I’ve been using this for about 6 weeks and I love it. It’s good at removing every last trace of makeup at the end of the day. I use it with warm face cloth and I find it calming and soothing for my skin. It is very gentle.

Skincare Edit

Pixi Glow Tonic – I bought this bottle in April after reading a review from Caroline Hirons, and I’ve used it every day since I bought it. It leaves my skin feeling so clean, and I swear it’s helping with my acne scaring. It’s alcohol-free and doesn’t try out the skin or leave it feeling tight. My skin is very sensitive and on the slightly older side, and this works well for me. I highly recommend it if your skin is looking a little dull.

Aesop Parsley Seed Serum – Anyone that has read my blog for a while will know that I would sell my soul for a bottle of this. It is my number one go to serum. I use it at night when my skin is feeling sensitive. It is so soothing and hydrating. This bottle (which I adore) has lasted me well over a year. It’s an investment you won’t be disappointed you made. It is Aloe Vera based and has a great range of botanical extracts which are perfect for sensitive skin and skin that’s in need of nourishment. This serum doesn’t sit on top of the skin, it is absorbed so fast and feels amazing. I think I’m its number 1 fan.

Aesop Parsley Seed Serum

Aesop Parsley Seed Anti Oxidant Eye Serum – After falling in love with the face serum, I just had to try the eye serum from the Parsley Seed range. I have this sat on my desk and I use it when my eyes are feeling tired or when I’ve been sat at the computer for a long time. It contains a high concentration of anti oxidants that are easily absorbed. The under eye area is so sensitive and gets dehydrated very quickly, this serum combats that and is silicon free. I do like it, but my heart belongs to the face serum.

NEOM Moroccan Blush Rose Hand Cream – This is on my bedside table at the moment and I use it each night before bed. I’m trying to get better at using hand cream and if I have one by my bed I remember to use it. This NEOM one came free with a magazine a while ago, and I just love the scent, it reminds me of summer.

Skincare

Elizabeth Arden Eight Hour Cream* – How amazing and versatile is this stuff! I use it on my lips before I go to bed, and I also massage it in to my cuticles. It’s very hydrating and works wonders. I need to buy a tube for my handbag, so I have one on the go too.

Origins Dr Andrew Weil Mega Mushroom Skin Relief Treatment Lotion – I am a huge fan of all the products in the Mega Mushroom range, and they worked wonders at helping with my red skin. That has cleared up now, but I have still been using the lotion on occasion. I put some on to a cotton pad when I get out of the shower, and it is very calming in my skin. I love the smell of the Mega Mushroom Range, it smells so botanical, grown up.

So that’s a quick run down of a few skin care products I have been using these past few months. Have you tried any of the products I have mentioned? Or do you have a product to recommend that you have been loving?

Products marked with an * have either been sent to me for my consideration or I have received at events. I am under no obligation to review them on my blog. However, if I do the reviews are 100% my own.

Origins Skin Tone Correcting Serum

Origins Skincare Serum

Origins Brighter By Nature Skin Tone Correcting Serum – That’s a mouth full, isn’t it. I just want to say a few things about this, really. First off, I’m a lover of serums and have a fair few on the go at any one time as I really like the way they make my skin feel. My skin is often quite dry, and it just drinks up a serum. They sink in, and it feels like they’re doing all manner of great things (I hope they are too).

So this Origins one is quite amazing, it claims to be a skin tone correcting serum. My skin isn’t too bad in this department, but it did have some old marks (not scars) where I’d had a blemish or two, and it had left a dark mark on my skin and this little serum has helped over the past 4 weeks to even out the skin tone on those areas. It’s also great on dull skin too, I’ve been spending a lot of time in a yucky air-conditioned hospital over the past 6 months and my skin was looks so awful, just utterly dry and lacklustre. This serum along with the Origins Checks and Balances Cleanser which I blogged about here have really helped my skin and it’s looking more healthy and fresh. I feel like my old self.

This serum is really non-greasy and soaks into your skin, leaving it feeling smooth and hydrated. I highly recommend this if you need to put a little life back into your skin. I’d love to hear any other recommendations you have for Origins products.
