I have reviewed so many lovely Baylis & Harding products over the years but their most recent collections, Rosé Prosecco Fizz and the new Pink Gin Fizz, look and feel so much more luxurious! I may have to go so far as to say they’ve been my favourite collections to date.

The design is so luxurious looking and the scents are a great mix of feminine, fun and sweet. I also love the sheer range of products and gift sets available in both these latest limited edition collections. They are just my goto brand for affordable beauty gifts. You can get everything from a small token gift to larger more special gift sets. This latest Pink Gin Fizz Collection is just perfect for Mother’s Day, especially if you’re on a budget but still want a gift that looks, smells and feels luxurious, Baylis and Harding really are excellent at affordable luxury.

This Pink Gin Fizz Collection is Limited Edition and is part of The Fuzzy Duck range which has a lovely fresh, sophisticated and slightly sweet, fruity fragrance to evoke memories of Baylis & Harding’s boutique inn (called The Fuzzy Duck) which is nestled in the Cotswolds and is famous for its gin cocktails! (I’d love to go there just for a few cocktails, I love gin!)

This collection has a more modern, spring feel to it & I think this collection is fantastic for modern Mums or Mums that are young at heart. My Mum turns 50 this year & I know she will be thrilled to receive a gift from this range.

These candles have such a Kate Spade feel to them, I love the fresh, modern designs and the colour combinations. I’m so tempted to keep them for myself (my Mum will never know) or I could split up the trio and gift them as individual candles, which would still be a great option.

This set of 3 candles comes in a stunning pink, white and gold gift box, with a fuzzy duck ribbon around the edge, Baylis & Harding have really stepped up their game with the presentation of this collection, I am so impressed. Candles always make fantastic gifts and this trio are such a nice sweet, fresh scent. I think it will be super popular with most people because it isn’t overpowering or sickly sweet. Oh, & the packaging is adorable too, I am going to keep the jars to store makeup brushes in once the candles have been used, they’re just too pretty to throw away.

This beautifully packaged gift set is one of my favourites. I really like the simple, pretty gold pattern on the travel mug, oh and its pink lid! The cup is very good quality and holds a pretty decent sized cup of tea. That is what I have been putting in mine. It is easy to drink from, drip-free and keeps your cuppa warm whilst you enjoy it on the go. I’ve even had a few people ask where it was from.

Also in the set are the perfect pampering duo – the answer to soft, smooth feet. A 50ml foot balm which smells sweet and fruity and will stop your feet drying out. Also the fluffiest pink socks you will ever feel. Very cosy and soft, ideal for the freezing weather we’ve been having in the UK. The socks are great to put on after you’ve applied the foot balm. I live in Cornwall so I feel like this is the scent for me, it’s a pretty mix of Spring floral notes that are quite light but have a classic timelessness about them. This is going straight into my handbag.

Not one part of this Rose Silence fragrance smells like your typical Rose scented product. Its romantic but not old-fashioned, its floral but yet sweet and it has a touch of musk but it’s not overpowering. It’s an absolute delight and would be lovely for all ages. It has notes of,

  • Top notes: mandarin, blackcurrant
  • Heart notes: rose
  • Base notes: patchouli, cashmere musk

I really enjoy fragrances that have patchouli in them and that together with the fruity notes of blackcurrant and mandarin to give it a touch of zest and the cashmere adds a lovely freshness to the mix. The rose is delicate and makes this a very sensual and romantic scent. Its a scent that lasts all day and I have been getting a lot of compliments on my perfume this past month which is always lovely.
